Excluded Materials
What materials are not allowed in my dumpster?
Here are some guidelines of what items are NOT allowed in a dumpster. Customer represents and warrants that the waste material to be collected and transported by contractor pursuant to this agreement is solid waste generated by customer and will not contain the following:
- Aerosol cans
- All liquids
- Animals
- Antifreeze
- Appliances
- Asbestos
- Barrels
- Batteries
- Chemical products
- Computers
- Contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.)
- Dirt/Soil
- Fluorescent tubes
- Hazardous waste
- Herbicides and pesticides
- Industrial waste
- Lead-based painted debris
- Lubricating/hydraulic oil
- Medical waste
- Microwaves
- Monitors
- Motor oil
- Oil filters
- Other flammable liquids
- Paint (except dried latex paint cans, no liquids)
- PCB/PCB-containing material
- Propane tanks
- Radioactive material
- Railroad ties
- Solvents
- Televisions
- Tires
- Transmission oil
- Yard Waste not available in WI
- Keep in mind that larger dumpsters (30+ yard containers) may also prohibit additional materials such as concrete, bricks, demolition material
