Damage Waiver

The roll-off container you are ordering with RM Dumpsters is quite heavy and will get much heavier as you place material in it. RM Dumpsters will not be liable for any damage to your property based on the placement of your container. Some unacceptable materials cannot be placed in the container. These include hazardous materials, yard waste, tires/auto parts, batteries, major appliances, fluorescent light bulbs, no free liquids, asbestos, or electronics.

I am giving permission to RM Dumpsters to cross the sidewalk, curb &/or drive on the lawn &/or driveway (sand, gravel, cement, or blacktop) to set and pick up the container. I will be responsible for any damage done to my property, driveway, or landscaping by RM Dumpsters trucks or containers.

If the container is moved for any reason, I will be responsible for having it relocated so RM Dumpsters can pick it up. I understand if RM Dumpsters cannot access the container, I will be charged a trip fee.

I will ensure that the container level is only loaded to the top of the container and that the load is distributed evenly. I understand that the rear door must be closed and latched prior to hauling.
